Shipping Policy

Every Mijaurie order is printed, foiled, and finished to order at our own studio in Nagpur — and then packed with the same care we put into making it. Here's everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.

1. Where We Ship

We currently offer shipping across India (Pan-India delivery). We do not ship internationally at this time — if you're outside India and would love a Mijaurie piece, write to us and we'll let you know as soon as international shipping opens up.

2. Order Processing Time

Because every product is made to order, please allow us time to craft your pieces before dispatch:

Non-personalised items 3–4 business days
Personalised items (names, custom details, foiling) 7–10 working days

Processing time begins once your order is confirmed and (for personalised orders) once we have all required personalisation details. Orders containing both personalised and non-personalised items are dispatched together once the full order is ready.

During festive seasons (Diwali, Rakhi, wedding season) processing times may extend slightly due to high order volumes — we'll always keep you informed.

3. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, etc.): approximately 3–4 business days
  • Other cities and towns: approximately 4–6 business days
  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations: approximately 6–8 business days

Total time to receive your order = processing time + delivery time. For example, a personalised order to a metro city typically arrives within 10–14 working days of ordering.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and may occasionally vary due to weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • FREE shipping on all orders above ₹999
  • For orders below ₹999, shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout

5. Payment

We currently accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

6. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a live tracking link. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page using your order number or tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active on the courier's system.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and phone number are complete and accurate at checkout. Mijaurie is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Delayed packages: If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll follow up with the courier immediately.
  • Lost packages: If a package is confirmed lost in transit by our courier partner, we will remake and reship your order at no extra cost, or issue store credit for the full value.
  • Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy. Remember — a clear, uncut unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims, so we strongly recommend recording one every time you open a Mijaurie package. If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please note it with the delivery agent or refuse the package, and inform us right away.
