How to Track Your Order
Option 1 — From your dispatch email
As soon as your order ships, we send you an email with your tracking number and a live tracking link. Just click the link to see real-time delivery updates.
Option 2 — Right here on this page
Enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email, e.g., #1024) or your tracking number in the tracker below, and hit Track.
A Quick Note on Timing
- Since every Mijaurie product is made to order, your order first spends 3–4 business days in production (7–10 working days for personalised pieces) before it ships. You'll receive your tracking details the moment it's dispatched.
- After dispatch, please allow 24–48 hours for the courier's tracking system to activate and show the first scan. A blank tracking page right after dispatch is completely normal!
Tracking Not Updating?
If your tracking information hasn't moved in a few days, don't worry — packages sometimes travel faster than the scans do. If there's been no update for more than 5 business days, we're happy to chase it down for you.
